A fun, challenging program that incorporates a consistent variety of training including: fat-burning cardio-boxing, athletic muscle-toning, olympic lifting, yoga, and more.

10:30 am - 11:30am & 11:30 am - 12:30pm
Minimum 6-Week Block
Includes consultation with club or team coaches, trainers, etc. 6-Week programming model designed for the teams specificity. Site visits as needed to ensure transition and intent. Team coaches will then have limited phone and email access to clarify and improve the program as needed.
